The Grand

We decided to take it up a notch! So we hit the roof of a Williamsburg apartment building and rocked it out for some neighbors.

We're aiming for some fall dates! We're working on new songs and reworking old material. Everything is sounding so good!

It's been a slow couple of months for The Grand because our band members have been so busy!

• Alex Mandel is the understudy for the Tony Nominated Hand to God
• Joe Tippet is in the highly anticipated Sara Bareilles musical, Waitress at American Repertory Theater

The band is currently working on getting a LP together of our live show at The Bitter End​.
We're aiming to have the tracks done in the next month. Stay tuned for more information. Once the band is all back in New York we'll be posting show dates.
 

We are finally all back in the same city and back to rehearsing. We're putting our set back together and working on new material. We'll be announcing some dates in the next month or so.

Congratulations to our band members - Joe Tippet who is going to Broadway with Steppenwolf Theatre Company's production of Airline Highway and Alex Mandell who is going to Broadway with the critically acclaimed Hand to God.

Even though we're on a hiatus with the group split up across the east coast, we're still working. We're sure you noticed the new opening to our website - Enjoy!We're going to get back in gear as fall approaches. Check in here, twitter or facebook for updates or sign up for our mailing list! 

Sadly friends, we are officially on hiatus. Our good pal and lead singer, Joe Tippet is on tour for the next few months. We wish him the best of luck!

We are overwhelmed by the turnout at Sidewalk Cafe last night. We had a lot of fun playing for you all and can't believe how many people stuck around to close Sidewalk! So much fun.

May has been a busy month for us! We'll be playing Sidewalk Cafe this Friday as part of an evening of Americana Bands. It's an early show, so come have a drink with us while the sun is still out!
